Steve Brazell

Steve Brazell is an American Brand and Marketing Strategist. Affectionately known as “The Hitman,” Steve founded the New York-based Competition Removal® firm Hitman Inc 23 years ago, and works with leading global brands and celebrities. 

In an over-crowded and hyper-competitive world, Steve is an Agent of Clarity, helping clients re-discover their brand voice and clarify their brand difference through smart design thinking. The result is a more compelling business offer, and a marketing message that breaks through the noise, increases sales, and wins the hearts and minds of customers.

Steve Brazell is also a serial entrepreneur and successful innovator. Steve developed Limelight, the world’s first patent-pending on-line brand builder, and Whetstone, the first on-line re-branding tool for the Department of Defense. He is currently working on the first Augmented Reality social branding tool. Mr. Brazell recently launched two new ventures in the Middle East with operations in Kuwait City and Doha to provide unparalleled access to Leadership, Marketing, and Information Technologies experts from around the world.

Steve is the author of “Clear! The simple guide to keeping your business alive and kicking,” and “Break Through the Cash Ceiling” in Men’s Health magazine. Steve was named one of Esquire’s 45 Under 45 Professional Men, is fluent in Japanese, and an avid student of body language, human behavior, Eastern philosophy and strategy, and the martial art of Aikido. Steve Brazell spends his time between Kuwait, Qatar, and his home on the Upper West Side of New York City.
